Located on the higher slopes of Arlanc, between Ambert and La Chaise-Dieu, the castle of Mons is a vast and romantic residence founded in XIVth century and restored in XVIIth in the style of Medicis' villas.

The owner offers a fascinating and educational visit which covers the history of the castle, the history of France and intoduces to the very peculiar art of etchings. You will discover, through his collection over five centuries, this extraordinary way of spreading knowledge, culture and aesthetics to all social classes. Suitable to the public at large.
